so i have a couple of questions about dying your hair 1. i have sort of dirty blonde/blonde/light brown hair with natural blonde highlights. if i was going to dye a streak some crazy color like lime green or electric blue or something, what color do you think would go best? i also have brown eyes and light/medium skin tone if that matters. 2. would i have to bleach that piece of hair to do this? 3. can you give me a rough estimate of how much something like this would cost? this is kind of the color of my hair http://www.hrhairstyles.com/drew-barrymore-long-hair.jpg thanks so much for your help! xoxo my hair has never been color treated or anything like that, its medium length, and i would probably go to a salon to get it done...
